Terms of Service

By creating an account on Momentum ("Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Momentum is a task-management product currently in private beta. We may update, improve, or change features of the Service at any time. We'll give reasonable notice before any change that materially reduces functionality available to paying customers.

You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access at hello@momentumm.xyz.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Momentum. Accounts for children under 13 will be terminated when discovered.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any law or another person's rights while using the Service.
• Upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or break the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or phishing.
• Harass other users, impersonate anyone, or post content that's defamatory, discriminatory, or designed to harm.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the tasks, comments, and other content you create in Momentum. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and your invited collaborators.

Momentum is currently free during beta. If we introduce paid tiers, we'll give at least 30 days' notice to affected accounts before any charge.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOMENTUM AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

You can close your account at any time from your profile page. We may terminate or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Momentum is in private beta and a final governing-law jurisdiction has not yet been selected. We'll specify the applicable law and venue in an updated version of these Terms before general availability and will notify account owners at least 30 days before that change takes effect.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
